Becoming a Personal Assistant I fell into by chance many moons ago. As a bewildered 16 year old with further education as a choice back then, I found myself completely undecided by what to study. I decided to go straight into work and went to work for one of the largest international banks. Wow what a baptism of fire that was! However, it was a blessing in disguise and helped embed some core skills in me that I still use to this day.
As the years went on, I fell into more administration roles and as my skills were recognised, I was offered more senior roles. With a strong creative streak in me, I decided to train in graphic and web design to offer further skills to my clients. Entrepreneurs really do appreciate a good skill offering and so these were very well received.
As my time grew weary working for employers, I began to get more and more requests to work with private clients. Word got around and I found myself with a steady regular client base. Although I work with many different entrepreneurs from many different industries, I found myself continually being contacted by digital marketers and business coaches. Studying digital marketing and coaching in depth has enabled me to assist my clients with every process of their business. Whether it is maintaining a blog, setting up auto responders to assisting with the many different aspects of a product launch, I can help.
To help understand and assist my client base further, I undertook a training qualification in 2013. This is also a great useful thing to have when mentoring new virtual assistants that I regularly get asked to do.

My standard hourly rate is £25 per hour. I also offer specific project pricing and monthly retainers for those clients who would like to work with me regularly. Monthly retainers attract a discounted hourly rate and give you the security of a certain number of hours per month reserved solely for your business.
I am very transparent and fair with my pricing for my clients. I don’t believe in padding out time or dragging a task on for the sake of clocking up more fees. I like to be busy and get jobs done! My rates reflect my experience, knowledge and skills. I use Toggl, which is a time calculator app to monitor the time I spend on your work. A report will be generated and sent to you at the end of the month.
Invoices are generated at the beginning of the month or at the beginning of the project, whichever comes sooner, with payment due within 7 days of the invoice date.

Prices are not currently subject to VAT or any other surcharges if paid by BACS. Retainers require a 30 day notice period for cancellation.
